Sessions & fees
The practical details
Everything you need to know before getting in touch — how sessions work, what they cost, and how to arrange one.
How sessions work
Sessions last one hour and take place at the same time each week. This helps build trust and gives our work continuity — though we can talk about what times suit you. Ongoing sessions are an ongoing commitment we make to each other until an agreed ending has been reached.
In person or online
- In person — in Farnborough, in a quiet, comfortable room, within easy reach of Aldershot, Fleet, Frimley, Camberley and Farnham.
- Online — by secure video from wherever you feel most at ease, anywhere in the UK.
Some people prefer one or the other; some mix the two. Whatever works best for you is fine.
Fees
Clear, simple pricing
Payment is by bank transfer, and is due the day before each session. If you ever need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours' notice; sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full. I also offer payment by cash which must be paid one week in advance.
Common questions
How many sessions will I need?
There's no fixed answer. Some people come for a few weeks to work through something specific; others value longer-term support. We'll review together and you're always in control of when to continue or pause.
What if I need to change or cancel a session?
Just let me know as early as you can. Life happens — the cancellation policy above is simply there so we both know where we stand.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
I can offer evenings and appointments on a Saturday morning. The easiest thing is to get in touch and we can discuss a time that works.
